MondialBox has thought of everything, and you can rent a unit with shelving for a large number of filing cabinets (depending on the centre).
You will be asked to comply with the storage conditions in your rental contract, particularly with regard to the storage of prohibited goods. The monthly rental charge includes insurance of up to €2,500. If this sum is insufficient, your home insurance will take over. The rental price is calculated as follows: once the first month has been paid in full, the invoice is calculated on a pro rata basis for the days rented. You can stop renting after giving 15 days' notice. If you are liable for VAT, you will be charged 20%. You do not have to pay any property tax on your rental.
