What is self-storage?

MondialBox offers an outdoor solution with outdoor units in the form of containers. These containers are weather-resistant and guaranteed tamper-proof. Some of our centres offer indoor storage for your belongings and materials, thanks to our indoor solution. Our fully secure self-storage site in the Grand Est region is equipped with a video surveillance system and automatic lighting, so you can easily access your unit by car or lorry, even at night, just by entering a personal access code.
To choose the size of your unit, you can use our online simulator to estimate the capacity in cubic metres you'll need for your belongings, and you can fill or empty your storage space completely independently. We can also sell you consumables such as cardboard boxes, blankets, shelving, adhesive tape, etc. so that you have everything you need to make storing your belongings easier.
Specific storage units
MondialBox also offers you a low-cost storage unit solution in the Grand Est region. You can, however, use our storage spaces as a garage for classic cars or even for your motorbike. You will be asked to comply with the storage conditions in your rental contract, particularly with regard to the storage of prohibited goods. The monthly rental charge includes insurance of up to €2,500. If this sum is insufficient, your home insurance will take over. The rental price is calculated as follows: once the first month has been paid in full, the invoice is calculated on a pro rata basis for the days rented. You can stop renting after giving 15 days' notice. If you are liable for VAT, you will be charged 20%. You do not have to pay any property tax on your rental.
