To take out a rental contract with the MondialBox® Saint-Nazaire agency for a private storage unit, there are two possible solutions. The first is to sign the contract when you come to the centre. The second is to sign it electronically. A copy will then be sent to you. If you are unable to come to the centre and reserve your unit by e-mail, a link will be sent to your e-mail address so that you can sign the contract remotely.

The possibility of having a storage unit on a MondialBox® site, perfectly secure with free access to your private unit, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, is entirely possible. The term "drive" indicates that the storage space is accessible directly by vehicle to facilitate loading and removal. There is no contractual commitment for this type of rental, only the first month. After that, customers are free to break the lease and return the units.

MondialBox® has introduced the same prerogatives in all its centres. Whether you rent a unit in Saint-Nazaire or Roanne, the rules remain unchanged and a minimum rental period of 1 month has been established. Once these 30 days have elapsed, the lease is automatically renewed for an indefinite period. If you wish to retrieve your belongings from the unit and end the rental period, you will need to give your centre team 15 days' notice.
