All our branches are equipped with alarm and video surveillance systems, supervised by a specialist security company. A telebadge gives you access to the site entrance, and a key and padlock are given to you when you sign the contract.

You can access your archive units at any time, 24/7, as many times as you like. There's no need to let us know you're coming - you manage access to your unit as you see fit. To make things easier for you, you can decide to drop off your documents and archives once a month, for example.

Choosing the right unit

We offer various models of indoor and outdoor units with surface areas ranging from 1m² to 28m². Our online volume simulator allows you to make an estimate. You can also arrange a meeting with one of our advisers to arrange a private visit.

An economical solution

At MondialBox® we charge attractive prices and we're committed to staying that way. Depending on the size of the unit, the price changes but includes for all contracts: no charges, no property or business tax, no local taxes. The first month is payable when the contract is signed, as is the deposit, equivalent to one month's rent.

A tailor-made commitment

Whether you want to rent a unit for a few weeks, several months or over an entire year, no problem! You can cancel your rental at any time, with only 15 days' notice required. Conversely, you can extend your unit rental at no extra cost.

Even more services

At MondialBox®, we can receive parcels for you. For example, you can send us archives that we will leave at your disposal in your unit. A text message will be sent to you as soon as the parcel has arrived at our branch. Also, we can arrange an appointment to help you load and unload your boxes and belongings.

What documents do I need to provide to rent a unit?

Professionals will need to provide us with:

  • An identity document
  • A bank details form
  • A deposit cheque (equivalent to 1 month's rent)
  • Proof of address (EDF GDF type, etc...)
  • Payment of the 1st month's rent by cheque or credit card
  • A Kbis extract
  • A power of attorney from the manager
