How much does a storage unit cost?

Construction companies or craftsmen, like any business, are looking to optimise their costs in order to be as profitable as possible. The services we offer are based on a simple and easy concept: a secure storage facility with unlimited access with your vehicle. There are no application fees, registration fees, taxes or rental charges... Your first month's rent is payable on signing the rental agreement by direct debit, cheque or credit card. Thereafter, rents are payable in advance, before each month's due date by direct debit. 

Storage space rental: a commitment without constraints

Is your worksite taking longer than expected or, on the contrary, have you taken less time to complete your activity as a craftsman? Don't panic, at MondialBox^®, there's no time commitment. You can rent a unit temporarily or for an extended period without fear of having to pay cancellation fees. If you wish to cancel your rental contract, MondialBox^® only requires 15 days' notice. Only the first month's rental is incompressible. After that, rental is prorated. 

Receipt of your parcels by our agents

When you're working on a building site or at a private home, it's not always easy to manage the storage of your equipment within the premises you've rented. Depending on the storage centre you choose, you can ask to have your parcels collected for you. MondialBox^® advisers will inform you by SMS of their availability. Not all MondialBox^® storage centres are able to offer this service. Ask carefully before taking out your rental contract. 

What you need to provide to rent a secure unit 

We will ask you for the following documents when you sign your rental contract: 

• A bank details 
• A deposit cheque (equivalent to 1 month's rent) 
• Proof of address (such as EDF GDF, etc...) 
• Payment of the 1st month's rent by cheque or credit card 
• An extract Kbis 
• A power of attorney from the manager
